A fairly light and beigey flooring where the grain of the wood stands out as lighter than the undertone. The wax oiling makes it durable, pleasant for the feet, and easy to maintain.

베이스톤보다 나무결이 더 하얗게 강조된 밝은 컬러의 베이지색 접이식 바닥입니다. 오일왁스 덕분에 발이 편하고 관리도 편하며 내구성도 좋습니다.

Arctic was Timberwise’s first-ever shade, and has remained a popular standard shade from the beginning. Arctic is available for both oak and larch. The Arctic shade clearly shows how much the particular wood species affects the appearance of the product, even when the shade treatment is the same for the different species.

In the Oak Arctic shade treatment, the white tone is rubbed into the grain pattern of the wood, making it stand out beautifully as a whitish tone on the beige surface. When applied to larch, the Arctic shade is more even, and balances out the inherent variation in the reddish to light-yellowish colour of the larch.

All types of wood can be damaged by excessively dry indoor air.  

If the relative humidity of the indoor air falls below the recommended level of 35 to 60%, cracks may appear in the floor.  

To prevent this, remember to monitor the humidity of the indoor air, especially during winter and other dry periods. Add moisture to the air if necessary, for example with a humidifier. Larch reacts most sensitively to dry indoor air, and hairline cracks or fissures may appear more quickly than with other woods.  

The optimal relative humidity level for wood, 35 to 60%, is also the optimal indoor humidity for humans.

모든 유형의 목재는 과도하게 건조한 실내 공기에 반응할 수 있습니다.  

실내 공기의 상대 습도가 권장되는 35~60% Rh(상대 습도) 아래로 떨어지면 바닥에 균열이 생길 수 있습니다.  

따라서 특히 겨울철과 같은 건조한 계절에는 실내 공기의 습도를 모니터링하고 필요한 경우 가습기 등으로 습도를 높이는 것을 잊지 마세요.  

목재에 최적인 35~60% Rh(상대 습도)는 사람에게 최적의 실내 공기 습도이기도 합니다.
